Safe and stable overclocking - after all our standard tests and stability benchmarks, the system goes through a series of tests and benchmarks on different CPU/Memory/VGA speeds and the best result is selected to be put again on stress testing and games benchmarking. This way, our engineers will fine tune the system to get the most out of it, based on the configuration selected. Usually this takes up to an additional 6 hours of work and another 24 hours of stress testing to make sure that it will not cause any instability in the most unexpected moments.
Please read the related FAQ for a good explanation on how we ensure the overclocking is stable.
Please read the below important information before selecting this item:
- If you will be using your PC mainly for critical work, overclocking is not recommended.
- Please note that overclocking is a service provided and as such is a non refundable item.
- We guarantee to replace all the components in case they became faulty as a result of overclocking, however we do not guarantee that the PC will be stable in all environments placed. i.e. some bluetooth devices may cause instabilities etc, in which situation we would insist on running the system at stock or lower speeds and a refund may be granted only at management's discretion.
- Sometimes an overclocked PC may require a stabilised power source for which we recommend a good quality UPS be purchased.
- Our overclock settings are stored in the BIOS profile of each machine, as well as in the control panel on our website that can be accessed at any time by logigng in.
- Overclocking may some times require a higher than average troubleshooting skills and as such you would need to be able to reset a BIOS, replace memory, or disconnect an ATX power cable from the motherboard as and when required.
Please select overclocking only when you assume that you may have to do the occasional troubleshooting as instructed by us.
Please note that the amount of overclocking will depend on the specific memory, CPU, motherboard, and cooling, and we would set the over clocking at the most stable levels with this service.
