Unfortunately as from 07/07/08 V-Solutions LTD has ceased trading.
OFRITUS (Online Fault Reporting, Interactive Troubleshooting and Upgrade System) is to be used only for our Custom PCs.
 

Please note that a Custom PC purchased from us, can not be replaced/refunded.
We provide the hardware that has been rigorously tested, however we do not guarantee that it will work with any softwares/games/periperals.
We are happy to provide support with any such issues, but we would need full cooperation in order to be able to help.
Therefore a full and comprehensive report must be provided in order for us to be able to assist.

We will provide support and guidance on updating the drivers/bios, reinstalling windows etc, so please make sure that you have a back-up of any important files as we will not accept responsibility for any loss of data. If the problem will be diagnosed as a technical fault, we will have 3 options to choose from:

  • Send a new part and collect the faulty one at the same time (i.e. memory).
  • Arrange for an engineer visit if we diagnose the problem as easy to fix onsite. (business hours only)
  • Collect the machine, repair and return. (please ensure that the machine is VERY WELL packed before handing it to our couriers!)

If the system's warranty isn't onsite/collect and return, we would advise of any costs to be incurred prior to arrranging anything. For the first 30 days from the dispatch date all charges are covered by us.
If the fault is found to be of a sofware nature, any costs incured by us collecting/visiting will be charged to your account, therefore please ensure that you supply us with as much information as possible so we can solve the problem remotely.
