When ordering a Custom PC from you, can I expect everything at the same time or is it possible to have my peripherals first? (25/06/2007)
Answer:
We will ship all of your peripherals at the earliest available opportunity from receiving ALL of them. We will not send them one at a time for obvious reasons but rather once we have them all in stock. There a several reasons for this:
1) A lot of people have requested their peripherals before the PC so we decided to make this standard procedure.
2) It uses up a lot of room in our warehouse when we have full peripherals for so many Custom PC orders so this helps us stay organised and avoid mistakes.
3) If we try to get the peripherals from day one, it avoids the possibility of something being out of stock or discontinued before the completion date of the PC.
If you specifically wanted to get everything at the same time, please request this in the additional comments section of your order.
