Question:
I can see something that says ETA for my Custom PC order. What does the date next to it mean? (12/06/2007)
Answer:
We give an ETA for all our systems that we build. The ETA is the time that PC will be completed with us. For every build we aim to have the PC ready for ETA so 95% of the time you will have your PC the following working day.
Please remember that things can go wrong when building a PC! Motherboards, memory, graphics card and on occasion CPUs can die during stress testing. Power supplies can short circuit or incompatibilities can rear their ugly heads. We may not always have 100% of the components we stock in the warehouse 100% of the time so, if you do get a short delay from your ETA, please be patient with us.
