Answer:

Indeed, owning a high end PC is a bit different to owning a normal off the shelf PC and below is one of our disclaimers that we send to all of our customers at the moment of ordering:

***Disclaimer***
Although we want our systems to be enjoyed by all, a certain amount of technical knowledge is required from our customers in an effort for us to provide the best customer services and troubleshooting as possible.
We are proud of being able to produce the finest machines in the world, but we do not produce BIOS or drivers, nor do we produce Operating Systems, that unfortunately sometimes are not perfect.
In order to own a High End PC from us, we require our customers to be able, or at least be willing to do some basic troubleshooting (under our guidance if required) in the unfortunate event of system misbehaviour that you must agree to before we can carry on with the order:
• Update the motherboard’s BIOS.
• Update drivers.
• Install the operating system.
• Install the operating system on RAID.
• Replace a memory stick.
• Replace a fan.
• Replace a HD or optical drive.
• Run any diagnostic test programs as instructed by us.
• Back up the data regularly as sometimes it is easier just to do a clean reinstall of the Operating System in order to restore the full functionality.
Additionally we would like to stress that once the PC is delivered, regardless of the delivery method chosen, IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING for the event that we would need to collect the system from you for repair/servicing/upgrading.
During our building process, we will keep all the manuals and CDs from all the components, but the original retail packaging will be kept for the motherboard only. If you require all the boxes from the VGA, sound card etc, please do let us know in advance as otherwise they will be disposed off during the building progress. Please also note that sometimes we do modify cases to improve the airflow or fit some components, so any parts left will be disposed of unless you instruct us otherwise.
