I was planning to buy a workstation fairly soon, but when i returned to your website today, i couldnt find any Tyan motherboards! what happened? (08/06/2007)

Answer:

Sorry that we had to remove them due to their reliability and very poor RMA policy. Recently we had a faulty motherboard that we requested to be treated with priotity by them and 1.5 months after numerous chasings we still havent got a confirmation when we will get the board! We believe that such long times does not comply with our customers expectations and therefore the decision has been made to suspend all their products untill further notice.
