Question:
I would like to order a custom design airbrushed case but would like some more information about the process and what I need to order? (05/06/2007)

Answer:

We provide an airbrushing service for PC cases and although it may seem a complicated ordering process, its very easy once you understand how it works:

  • First you need to decide what design you would like to have airbrushed.
  • If you have a case, we can arrange for our couriers to collect it - please add to your shopping cart the 'case carriage inward'. Please also, make sure that you pack the case well, ideally in its original box and in such a way so that it doesn't get damaged/bent etc. We can NOT be held responsible for any damages in transit due to inadequate packing.
  • If you wanted us to airbrush a case that you would like to buy, there is no need to worry about the carriage inwards.
  • Remember that we can not perform airbrushing on all cases so please contact us on enquiries@vadim.co.uk for more details.
  • if you want a custom shape window, it is possible to have this service as well as a custom Airbrushing service on a case.

Once we have the order and everything is clearly marked, the order will be passed to our design team and there is no turning back so make sure you are happy with all of your decisions before following through with the order :)

Custom paint jobs take 5 - 10 working days to complete, depending on how busy we are at the time as well as the complexity of the design.
