I can't log onto the website and I can't get my password emailed to me, why am I not getting any emails from Vadim Computers? (07/02/2007)

Answer:

Some users may experience this problem for the reasons outlined below:

E-mail providers such as AOL, Yahoo and Hotmail have spam filters that are unable to recognise our emails are genuine and therefore, naturally, filters them out.
Depending on your mailbox and service provider, 2 things can happen to the emails we send
1) they are being rejected by the mail service provider
2) they are being routed to your spam box

When an order is being placed or an account is being created, our system sends an automatic email confirmation.
You can try and add our domain to the list of safe recipients.

If this doesn’t help and you still haven’t received any emails from us within 30 minutes and you've checked your spam box, then you might like to use a different email address from a different mail service provider.
Please send us an email from the contact us page with a request to change your password, so you can amend your emails address and other details.
