Unfortunately as from 07/07/08 V-Solutions LTD has ceased trading.
Question:
I came across a few reviews and I like the systems you make - I think they are perfect so now I am thinking to spend 5k on one of your beasts, but would like to know what to expect after I will part with my LOAD of money? (05/09/2006)

Answer:

Regardless of how much you will spend, you will never buy a perfect system! There will always be room for improvement. What we do is as close to perfect as possible systems when in terms of:
- the build quality
- components we provide
- the testing methods we use
- the delivery methods we have in place
- ordering systems we provide
- support systems we have in place
but we will not claim that everything is 100% perfect, so please don't expect that! Unfortunately, when it comes to PCs, it's just not as black and white as we would all like sometimes.

Sometimes things might go wrong,  especially with the new hardware that hasnt been on the market for long enough to have stable drivers/BIOS, so if you are looking to buy a machine with multiple Graphics cards, RAID etc, please be prepared to do some troubleshooting or at least help us to help you to fix the problems you might experience in the early stages of a technology's life. Some problems that you might experience with the latest hardware are:
 - The PC might not be compatible with some externally connected peripherals - printers/scanner/other USB devices until a proper driver/BIOS has been provided by the manufacturers of conflicting devices.
- Some games/softwares might not work as expected until a new driver/BIOS has been provided by the motherboard/graphics manufacturer.
- Sometime a new BIOS/drivers will fix some issues and open others.
- Vista may cause incompatibility issues with things that arent so common such as the X-Fi Fatal1ty front panel remote while drivers are still being made.

Please prepare to compromise until a stable driver/BIOS will be released if you want the lastest and greatest, but if you still are looking for a perfect system, then look at a more simple configuration with a single VGA card, non-RAID which normally wont require you to spend the 5k and is less likely to cause issues.

However, If you are eager to spend that kind of money, look at the Vadim Cepheus, winner of the Custom PC Dream PC award 2006.
