I've received an email saying that my item/order has been dispatched, but the tracking reference given doesn't work on the Citylink webpage. How can I tracking my order? (17/02/2006) Answer: The number we provide is not a tracking number, but Tracking reference number that must be entered into the second box on the Citylink website: http://city-link.co.uk/track_parcel/track_parcel.php Alternatively, you can log in to your account on our website and on the order history page, you will find a button that will take you directly to your consignment information page on City Link's website - no need to enter anything else.
