I placed an order today and I would like to add one more item as well as change the delivery address, if it is not too late. Is this possible? (17/02/2006)

Please log in to your account and from your list of orders find the one that needs ammended and you will see a text box where you can add comments about your existing order that will be seen by all members of staff who will ammend the order to include the new item or remove an existing one as well as confirm the changes made via our personal message board system. Additionally, this is the most efficient way of communication as it logs the time and date of the enquiry/answer and avoids duplicate answers from different members of staff or delayed replies.

When you want to ammend an order, please mention that it is ok to refund/charge the same credit/debit card as before just to make sure the transaction is completed correctly. If you would like to use a different card to pay for any additional items this no problem providing the billing address is the same as either the original billing or shipping  address
