I am looking to order a custom workstation from you, but it would need to be ordered by our Accounts department. Is there a way I can choose the specs for a system and then give my accounts office some simple code or number that they can use to order the system. (24/01/2008)

When you add a custom build to your shopping cart you will see that system ending with a number, copy that number and send your accounts department the link: " http://www.vadim.co.uk/Custom+PC+Build/xxxxx " where xxxxx is that number. They can copy that link into a web browser and purchase the system from there. Additionally, as soon as you put the order through, it will be reviewed by us and we will confirm back to you the bank and all other payment details as well as make any recomendations to the actual build if we find any.
Last, but not least, the payments from companies can be settled by phone using a debit or credit card.
Once the order has been paid, we will then process it further and allocate an engineer that will keep you informed about the build progress as well as liase the delivery date.
