Question:
I have an Vadim M575U laptop with 2Gb of memory (2 x 1024Mb). I notice on your web site that you are now selling 2048Mb memory cards. Will this model of laptop take 2 x 2048 memory cards giving me 4Gb of available memory? (09/01/2008)

Answer: Yes, all the 575U laptops can take 2x2Gb memory, however unfortunatelly only 3Gb will be identified by Windows due to the chipset limitations. In order to perform the upgrade, please open a new Ofritus request: http://www.vadim.co.uk/ofritus and we will arrange for the laptop to be collected if required to be upgraded. the old memory will be returned back to you and the price of the upgrade will be confirmed in advance.
