Unfortunately, at the extraordinary shareholders meeting held today, 07/07/08, it has been elected for V-Solutions LTD t/a Vadim Computers to cease trading and proceed with the voluntary liquidation arrangements.
This sudden action is the direct result of the credit crunch that unfortunately hit us hard, halving our turnover compared to the last year figures and thus not being able to cover its overheads.

It is a very sad day and we will all miss very much what we have been doing for the past 4 years, however we cannot continue to trade at a loss any longer. It has been a challenging yet most interesting ride for all of us at Vadim Computers and we are proud of doing what we did in such a short period of time with such scarce resources.

Hard work was what made us who we were, at times 16 hours a day, 7 days a week and through this we differentiated ourselves from the competition and took home trophies such as Custom PC Dream PC 2006 and many other national awards including TV appearances. I am extremely proud of our team’s talent and creativity and I would like to apologise for letting them down and wholeheartedly wishing everyone success in their careers.
