Well, what can I say?
Unfortunately the beginning of my experience with my computer was not a good one. The couriers who delivered my PC were clearly inept at doing their jobs. It arrived broken several times and took a few weeks of sending it back and forth until I finally got the PC I paid for. I must stress this had nothing to do with Vadim, who were immensely supportive and helpful through this time. I did not pay for heavy duty packing where perhaps I should have (if I knew the couriers would destroy it so). Not only did Vadim constantly keep me updated, paid for the pickups and replacement parts (hdd, cpu, etc...) but they also changed parts of my order after I had made it, also with no extra labour charge. Vadim changed the red fans to blue and added XP pro and with no hassle at all. When, after many many days, I got my PC up and running I couldn't have been more impressed. The size of the thing is intimidating. It works like a dream, I can run whatever I want, have two monitors. It even sits on my desk like a piece of glowing modern art.
Now, I picked "standard cable management" as this was free (lol) and when I took the side off I was astonished to find that this still meant every cable was neat, tied up and out the way, without being inconvenient. I installed a second hdd with ease. This really is the very best computer building company in the UK, perhaps even the known universe, and I buy everything from here now!
Thanks, Vadim!
