The whole process of buying a PC from Vadim was been brilliant from start to finish. From the initial contact, I found them helpful and quick to respond - all my questions and worries (there were loads, spending big money has never come easy to me) were answered and I received excellent advice as to the build that would best suit my needs. With my mind at ease, I was able to place an order with confidence. I was assigned a specific person (hello Mark) who actually built my PC and he kept in touch with me throughout the process both by the website and by phone to let me know how it was going. When the PC was finished, it was delivered to my door by a member of staff (I was fortunate to live not too far away) and now that I've got the PC set up and had a chance to use it, I can honestly say that it has not only met, but exceeded all my expectations. I'm really pleased and I would have no hesitation recommending Vadim to anyone interested in getting a truely exceptional machine.
