Custom Gaming PC - Fusion CS Intel-775G2

Having watched a feature on the Gadget show, where a Vadim PC was featured, I thought, more out of curiosity than anything, “I’ll just have a look at their website”. I was very impressed with what I saw and filled in the contact form, describing roughly what I wanted, and my budget. This was at 8.30pm, by 10am the next morning I’d received an E:mail from Mark. Mark had put together a specification within budget, and posted it on the website. This meant I could view the components and experiment with the specification, trying different components out until I was happy. Mark offered me advice on how I could improve the performance of the PC. Once I’d ordered my PC, I received an E:Mail from Luke who would be building my machine. Luke kept me updated with the progress of my build and answered my questions. Eventually my PC arrived! I’ve never seen PC so well packed before, as well as bubble wrap on the outside there is bubble wrap on the inside of the case, to keep components in place. Vadim’s technical support is excellent, my queries were answered quickly usually by Mark, but also by Luke and Vincent. Detailed instructions on performing tasks such as flashing the BIOS were given, with offers to talk me through procedures. Having just one point of contact is excellent, no having to constantly re-explain the problem to different people, no premium rate numbers, no having someone reading off a script, or giving you cut and paste answer that doesn’t answer your question. My PC had go back to Vadim, but they arranged this around my holidays, picking the machine up before I went and returning it few days after I came home, My PC is now in the rudest of health. And the PC itself, well it is fantastic, a beautifully built machine, that goes like the clappers! Nothing seems to phase it. Usually when you get a new PC it’s really fast when you get it out of the box, but by the time you’ve installed all your applications on it, it has slowed down. Not this one ! The machine is also clean, Vadim leave it up to you whether you install the utilities that come with your devices, or the free trial edition of Norton that comes with the motherboard.
