Custom Gaming PC - Fusion LQX Intel-775G2

I've had my Vadim PC for 9 months now. And overall I'm extremely happy with it and most importantly Vadims excellent customer service. The PC itself is a work of art. The attention to detail is simply stunning, even the most insignificant of cables are neatly managed and cut to length. I believe building a custom machine using top end components is a perilous task, which is why I went to Vadim to build my latest PC rather than do it myself. But even machines built by the experts at Vadim can have problems, it's somewhat to be expected that a certain percentage of machines will have component failures. That unfortunately is a fact of life. It's how failures are dealt with thats important, and anyone having dealt with typical examples of UK customer service departments will agree that it's usually a less than friendly experiance. So when my machine developed a problem, I feared for the worse! However, I soon found out that Vadim expect their PC's to be the best, and will frequently go above and beyond your expectations to get your machine back up and running. They even called me out of normal working hours, in their own time, to talk through the problems. Ultimately, despite having to send the PC and get it repaired, Vadim gets my thumbs up and recommendation to friends.
