Custom Gaming PC - Fusion CS AMD-AM2G-Crossfire
By Mark Taylor

I bought a new watercooled and overclocked cross-fire based system from Vadim in January 2006. This was a significant financial outlay for me so my expectations were high. The guys at Vadim kept me fully informed throughout the order / delivery process and were really proactive in both making suggestions around my proposed spec, and in answering the numerous questions I had. When the system arrived, I was very impressed with the build quality - with the cable wrapping, various LEDs, and UV lighting, my system really is a thing of beauty. Performance has been great too - compared to my old systems, my new rig performed like a hare compared to a snail. More recently, a fault developed with my crossfire set up. Richard and Vincent at Vadim have both been extremely helpful getting this sorted out, firstly doing everything they could to sort the problem without me needing to send my PC back for repair, but when this became inevitable, they performed a repair / upgrade very quickly and kept me informed at all times. The net result is that now 2 years after purchase, I have been able to upgrade my system so that it can run the latest games (e.g. Crysis and COD4) with all the bells and whilstles turned on. Overall, my experience of dealing with Vadim has been outstanding - compared to the usual dire experience of dealing with many commercial organisations these days, Vadim has been a breath of fresh air. They are helpful, patient, keep you informed and don't patronise you / treat you like an idiot the way the support functions of some other companies do. Vadim are of course not cheap, but you get what you pay for - and the great service / support Vadim provide is worth every single penny. For anyone looking to get a fantastically built, well specced high performance PC, Vadim should be at the top of your list.
