We have a wide range of Microsoft's Windows operating systems and of Microsoft Office Softwares. All the software we sell is either the 'Upgrade' or 'OEM'  (original manufacturers equipment) version of the product and not the retail version. The Upgrade copies of Vista and Office are for people that already have an older copies of the product and want to upgrade. The OEM products must be installed on either a new Hard Drive or complete system in order the correspond with OEM legislation. OEM software ships with a DVD case, Manual, Discs and product key sticker(s). Read more in our FAQ which can be found here
